How to Cancel

  1. Go to Settings → Billing — Find the billing section in your account
  2. Click "Manage Billing" — Opens the billing portal
  3. Select "Cancel Plan" — Find the cancellation option
  4. Confirm cancellation — You may be asked for feedback (optional)

What Happens When You Cancel

  • Access until period ends — You keep full access until the end of your current billing period
  • No more charges — You won't be charged again after cancellation
  • Data retained temporarily — Your data is kept for 30 days in case you change your mind
  • Export available — You can export all your documents before the retention period ends

Before You Cancel

Consider these alternatives:

  • Downgrade — Switch to a lower-cost plan instead of canceling completely
  • Pause — Contact support if you need to pause temporarily
  • Get help — If something isn't working, let us know and we'll try to help

Reactivating Your Account

Changed your mind? If you're within the 30-day retention period, simply sign back in and resubscribe. Your documents and data will still be there. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted per our privacy policy.

Deleting Your Account Entirely

If you want to delete your account and all data immediately (without the 30-day retention), go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
