Encrypted Storage
Documents are stored on Supabase (AWS), which provides encryption at rest and TLS encryption in transit.
Secure Infrastructure
Hosted on Supabase, built on AWS infrastructure with enterprise-grade security controls.
Row-Level Security
Database-enforced access controls ensure users can only access their own documents and authorized team content.
Audit Logging
All document access and actions are logged in an immutable audit trail for accountability.
Data Protection
Document Ownership: You retain full ownership of all documents. We never sell or share your data.
Secure Processing: Document analysis happens in isolated, secure environments with no data persistence.
Data Deletion: Request deletion of your data at any time. Documents are permanently removed within 30 days.
Audit Logging: All access to your documents is logged and available for your review.
Our Commitment
We are committed to protecting your data and building toward industry-standard security certifications as we grow. Our infrastructure is built on Supabase (AWS), which maintains SOC 2 Type II certification. We design our practices with GDPR and PIPEDA principles in mind, including data minimization, user access controls, and the right to delete your data.
