Upgrade, downgrade, or switch plans anytime

How to Change Your Plan

  1. Go to Settings — Click on your profile or settings in the navigation
  2. Select Billing — Find the billing or subscription section
  3. Click "Change Plan" — You'll see all available plan options
  4. Select your new plan — Choose the plan that best fits your needs
  5. Confirm the change — Review the pricing and confirm

Upgrading Your Plan

When you upgrade:

  • Immediate access — New features are available right away
  • Prorated billing — You only pay the difference for the remaining billing period
  • No data loss — All your documents and data remain intact

Downgrading Your Plan

When you downgrade:

  • End of billing period — The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
  • Keep current features — You retain access to your current plan features until the switch
  • Data is preserved — Your documents remain, but some features may be limited

Note: If you exceed the limits of your new plan (e.g., team members or document storage), you may need to reduce usage before the downgrade can complete.
