Your Right to Your Data
You can export all of your data from Provisio at any time. We believe your data belongs to you, and you should always be able to take it with you. There are no restrictions or fees for exporting.
What You Can Export
Original Documents
Download the original PDF files you uploaded, exactly as they were.
Extracted Data
Export all extracted obligations, dates, and analysis in CSV format for use in spreadsheets.
Account Data
Download a complete copy of your account data including settings and preferences.
How to Export
Exporting Individual Documents
- Open the document you want to export
- Click the download or export button
- Choose your format (original PDF or extracted data)
- The file will download to your device
Exporting All Data
- Go to Settings → Account
- Find the "Export Data" section
- Click "Export All Data"
- You'll receive a download link via email when the export is ready
Export Formats
- PDF — Original documents
- CSV — Extracted obligations and data, compatible with Excel, Google Sheets, and other spreadsheet apps
- JSON — Full data export for technical users or migration to other systems
Data Portability
We support data portability as required by privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA. If you need your data in a specific format for migration to another service, contact support and we'll help.
