How Documents Are Shared

In Provisio, documents uploaded to your organization are automatically accessible to team members based on their role permissions. You don't need to manually share each document.

  • Owners and Admins can see all documents in the organization
  • Members can see documents they uploaded and documents shared with them
  • Viewers can only see documents explicitly shared with them

Sharing with Specific Team Members

  1. Open the document — Go to the document you want to share
  2. Find sharing settings — Look for the share button or access settings
  3. Add team members — Select which team members should have access
  4. Set permissions — Choose whether they can edit or only view

Document Visibility Options

Organization-wide

All team members with appropriate roles can access the document.

Selected Members Only

Only specific team members you choose can access the document.

Private

Only you and organization owners can access the document.

Audit Trail

All document access is logged. Organization owners and admins can see who has accessed each document, when they accessed it, and what actions they took. This helps maintain security and accountability.
