How to Update Your Payment Method
- Go to Settings → Billing — Find the billing section in your account settings
- Click "Manage Billing" — This opens our secure payment portal
- Select "Payment Methods" — View your current payment methods
- Add or update — Add a new card or update existing payment information
- Set as default — Choose which payment method to use for future charges
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept major credit and debit cards:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Discover
Payment Security
Your payment information is handled securely by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never store your full card number on our servers.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- You'll receive an email notification
- We'll retry the payment a few times
- Update your payment method to avoid service interruption
- Your account remains active during the grace period
