Uploading Your First Document

How to Upload

1. Go to your Vault — After signing in, you'll land on your document vault
2. Click "Upload" — Find the upload button in the top right corner
3. Select your file — Choose a PDF from your computer, or drag and drop it into the upload area
4. Add details (optional) — Give your document a name and add tags to help organize it
5. Wait for analysis — Our AI will extract key dates, obligations, and terms automatically

Supported File Types

Currently, Provisio supports:

• PDF files — The most common format for contracts and legal documents

Support for additional formats (Word documents, images) is coming soon.

File Size Limits

Documents can be up to 10MB in size. Most contracts and agreements fall well within this limit. If you have a larger file, try compressing it or splitting it into multiple documents.

Tips for Best Results

• Use text-based PDFs — Documents where you can select and copy text work best
• Ensure good quality — Clear, legible documents produce better analysis results
• Upload complete documents — Include all pages, including signature pages and appendices
